11 DAYS UGANDA SAFARI
This 11 days (10nights) safari begins and finishes in Kampala. Opportunities on this safari are that you will see quite many things some of which include; Lake Mburo National Park, Queen Elizabeth, Bwindi Impenetrable, Kibale and Murchison Falls National Park. It will be an unforgettable safari to remember.
On this safari, you will have 2nights at Paara Lodge, 2 night at  Mantana tented camp/ Rwonyo rest camp,2 nights at Fort portal Lodge, 1 night at Mwea- safari Lodge, 2 night at Kibale Lodge and 1 night at a Hotel of your choice in Kampala.

11 days itinerary.
 Day 1: Airport pickup
You will arrive at the Airport and be met by our safari guide or driver who will transfer you to the Lodge. He will take you through your safari schedule and then let you organize your self for the next day, later on, you will be called to have dinner and over night at a Lodge of your own choice in Kampala.

Day 2: Transfer to Lake Mburo N.P
Early in the morning after breakfast, you will depart by road to LakeMburoNational Park. You will have a stopover to look at the Royal Drum makers, stand at the Equator for a photographic opportunity and also listen to some few interesting facts. We will continue to Lake Mburo National Park. On arrival you will go a game drive where you will be able to see big herds of zebra, impala, eland and other ungulates. Bird viewing opportunities are excellent - for birders. Dinner and overnight at Mantana tented camp/ Rwonyo rest camp.

Day Three: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. (Approx. 6.5 hours drive).
After your morning breakfast, you will have a game drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
Best known for its Mountain Gorillas, the Montane Forest also attracts spectacular birds. There are 23 of the 24 Albertine Rift endemics including the African Green Broadbill, Bar Tailed Trogon and other beautiful forest species. You may decide to relax in the afternoon or take a nature walk (at an extra cost of $20 P.P) which will lead you to the Munyaga Waterfall and get a chance to see primates such as the Grey Cheeked Mangabey Blue Monkeys and others species. Spend the night at either Gorilla Forest Camp / Mantana Tented Camp (High end/luxurious accommodation), or Lake Kitandara’s Tented Camp/ Buhoma Homestead (Medium class accommodation) or the Community Bandas (Low budget/basic accommodation). Full Board.
You will need to have a good night’s rest to get ready for the following day’s gorilla tracking.

Day Four: Gorilla Tracking - Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
Just after you take your break fast, you will for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, you will have lunch en-route. You will arrive in Bwindi the home of the endangered mountain gorillas in the evening. They will welcome you with a naughty noise and with my experience, it will be indeed fun actually for those of you with cameras, it would be better that way. Dinner and overnight will be at the lodge of your choice

Day Five: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
You will wake up early enough in the morning such that you drive through the Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Go for the game drive in the open savannah on the edge of the Albertine Rift Valley. You will search for the typical tree climbing lions found only in this part of the country not forgetting to take the maximum care, you have to stay far from them in order to have fun and be able to go back to your country safely. In the afternoon proceed to Mweya Safari Lodge for relaxation, spot warthogs from your window and then have dinner and overnight.

Day Six: Queen Elizabeth.
On this day, you will go for an early morning game drive along Kasenyi where you may be able to see different animals like; lions, elephants, Cape buffalo, warthogs, leopard, spotted hyena, mongoose, waterbucks, Uganda kobs, topi and a lot of small animals and birds. Return to the lodge for breakfast. After lunch, go for a boat cruise for the best navigation of the Kazinga Channel, for those of you who are fascinated with birds, you will see some species which may include   water birds, cormorants, pelicans and eagles. In the evening, you will proceed to Fort Portal for dinner and overnight.

Seven: Queen Elizabeth National Park- Kibale
You will wake up and have your self breakfast. After that, you will have a game drive and later head for Kibale Forest National Park. Kibale Forest is a large protected block of rainforest, which has the highest number of primates in Africa such as Chimpanzees, Grey Cheeked Mangabey, Red Tailed monkey and Red Colobus. For those of you who are fascinated with game viewing, it will be a great day for you but remember in the evening, you will transfer to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day Eight - Chimpanzees trekking Kibale Forest National park
You will have your breakfast just after you get out of your bed and then go for chimpanzee tracking. This park has the largest concentration of chimpanzees and other primates in Uganda.  You will return for lunch and then visit the Bigodi wetland swamp. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day Nine: Kibale National Park - Murchison Falls.
After your morning breakfast, you will drive to Murchison Fall National park. It will take you about 7 hours from Kibale and you will travel north through the Ruwenzori’s and the evergreen tea estates but well worth it. When you reach the Nile in the heart of the Park you will cross on the ferry to Paraa Safari Lodge for your dinner and overnight.

Day Ten: Game viewing and wildlife seeing in Murchison Falls
You are expected to wake up early enough and get ready for your morning breakfast. After breakfast, you will go for a game drive. In the afternoon, you will take a boat cruise on River Nile up to the bottom of the falls, opportunities are that you will be able to see some bird species like;  shoebill and animals like hippos and crocodiles. Later in the evening, you will return to the Lodge for relaxation, those who wish to move around will, but later return to the Lodge for dinner and over night.

Day Eleven: Murchison Falls - Kampala.
When you wake up in the morning, you will have breakfast and then have a game drive to the Top of Murchison Falls where you can have a close look in to the gorge where the Nile squeezes in to a 7 meter gorge dropping 40 meters. This fall is indeed spectacular and unforgettable with a beautiful rainbow displayed on sunny days. Transferring to Kampala will take us approximately six hours; you will then be driven to Entebbe International Airport for a departure flight back home.
