Best Uganda Safari Tour, 18 Days
This safari takes you around Uganda through Mt. Elgon national park, source of the Nile, white water rafting, Murchison Falls National Park, Kibale National park, Queen Elizabeth National park, Bwindi impenetrable National park, Lake Bunyonyi, Lake Mburo National park, Ssese islands and city tour.

FB, 2 nights at Mweya Safari Lodge/ Kingfisher lodge/ Institute of Ecology, 1 night at Bwindi Gorilla Resort / Nkuringo Lodge (C) or Buhoma Community – Kisoro Tourist Hotel (B). FB, 2 nights at Arcadia Cottages, 1 night at Cassia Lodge/Sheraton (C) holiday inn (B). FB, 1 night at Bugala Island.
Day 1: Arrive at the Airport.
You will be picked by our company guide/ driver who will transfer you to your Hotel. You will first rest for a few minutes then he will brief you of how your safari is going to be. In the evening, you are free to exercise and prepare for the next day. You will have dinner and over night at Cassia Lodge/Holiday Express Hotel but those who are interested in clubbing or going out will be driven to those respective places.
Day 2 - The Source of the river Nile.
    After an early break fast, you will drive to Jinja, which is the past most industrialized town in Uganda. Have a stop over at Bombo village to pay a visit to the Sezibwa falls formed by the only Human born river Sezibwa. Later drive to Jinja. The Asian quarters, the brewery industries and the colorful gardens are one of the enroute attractions you can see on the drive. Visit the true Source of the Nile where the Biblical Nile emerges from Lake Victoria.  In the afternoon drive to Mbaale for dinner and overnight at Mount Elgon Hotel (C, B). FB .
Day 3 - The Sipi Fall
The activities for this day start with the nature walk to the spectacular waterfalls on the river Sipi, which originates from Mount Elgon. The starting point is at Crow’s Nest, a camping and lodging site. You will see the caves, plantations of coffee, matooke and sugar cane along the way. We ensure that you have packed lunch for the day. Return to Jinja in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Jinja Nile Resort (C) or Sunset Hotel International (B). FB
Day 4 - The rhinos of Ziwa sanctuary
 Leave Jinja early in the morning for Masindi via Kampala. You will stop at Ziwa Rhino sanctuary where you will enjoy a nature walk to see rhinos in the wild. The journey is long but enjoyable as you go through a green countryside with typical Ugandan villages and farms. Dinner and overnight at Masindi Hotel (C) or Court View Hotel (B). FB.

Day 5 - The Murchison Falls National Park
You will drive northwards to Murchison Falls National Park after breakfast. The park is located in the north-western part of the country. This charming drive will pass you through the famous battle zone of the Luwero Triangle. You will have a lunch stop over at Masindi town and then proceed to the Murchison Falls, the most beautiful falls on the river Nile. Dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge/ Sambiya River Lodge/ Red Chili Rest Camp.
Day 6 - The boat cruise on the river Nile
You will wake up early in the morning, have breakfast and then transfer for a morning game drive on the southern banks of the river. The morning drive will take you through different habitats. On the drive, you will clear to see different animals which include giraffes, Hartebeest, Elephants, Bushbucks, Lion, Jackal and many others. After lunch, you will carry out a launch cruise and will view concentration of Hippos on the banks of the river. For the birders, a variety of birds will be present such as the Pel’s Fishing-Owl, king fishers. Dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge/ Sambiya River Lodge /Red Chili Rest Camp.
Day 7 - Fort Portal at the foothill of the Mountains of the Moon
Since it’s a  long distance between MFNP and Fort portal , you will have an early breakfast and leave the park heading Southwest via the Albertine Escarpment of the Western Rift Valley. Drive through Hoima, the capital of the Bunyoro kingdom, passing though verdant countryside, tea plantations and traditional homesteads. You arrive in the colorful and pretty town of Fort Portal, the capital of the Tooro kingdom, in the shadow of the fabled “Mountains of the Moon” (Rwenzori). Dinner and overnight at Mountains of the Moon Hotel(C) or Nyinabulitwa Crater Resort (B). FB
Day 8 - The Semiliki Hot Springs
 Today we visit the magical Semiliki Valley National Park for a game drive and visit the male and female hot springs. Have lunch and visit the Kasenda Crater Lakes, which dominate all the areas with incredible panoramic views. Return for dinner and overnight at Mountains of the Moon Hotel(C) or Nyinabulitwa Crater Resort (B). FB

Day 9: Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, you will drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will have a game drive while entering the park and you will be welcomed by several animals like; warthogs, antelope species, lions, buffaloes, hyenas, and elephants. On your arrival, have lunch and proceed for the launch cruise on the Kazinga Channel. Different animals that come to drink water at the channel and water birds will be viewed along the shores. Dinner and Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge/ Kingfisher lodge/ Institute of Ecology
Day 10: The Kyambura Chimp Trekking
After a cup of coffee embark on an early morning game drive along Kasenyi tracks and Queens mile in the park and expect to see lions, elephants, cape buffalos, warthogs, spotted hyenas, mongooses, waterbucks, kobs, the leopard if lucky, plus a lot of small animals and birds. Drive back to the lodge for lunch. After lunch, drive to Kyambura gorge for a forest walk in search of the habituated chimpanzees and other primates. This gorge is 16 km long on the Rift Valley and 100 meters deep. The rangers will provide you with a walking stick for this trekking.  Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge(C) or budget lodge/camp (B). FB

Day 11: climbing lions of Ishasha.
With your packed lunch drive to the Ishasha sector of the park for a game drive in search of the rare tree climbing lions found only in this part of Uganda. The landscape is open savannah with acacia trees. Proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for dinner and overnight at Bwindi Gorilla Resort / Nkuringo Lodge (C) or Buhoma Community – Kisoro Tourist Hotel (B). FB

Day 12 -The encounter with mountains gorillas
You will be briefed by a ranger guide immediately after taking your breakfast and there after, you will enter into the Gorilla Sanctuary for your adventure. The steeply forested landscape is incredibly dense but criss-crossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. Mammals in the forest include the endangered mountain gorilla, rare golden monkey, buffalo, elephant, black fronted duiker, bushbuck, leopard, giant forest hog and many others. The park is known for its fascinating gorillas. The time taken and the terrain vary according to the movements of these marvelous primates. The thrill of spending time and observing the gorillas is a rare moving, awesome and exciting adventure. Dinner and overnight at Arcadia Cottages, with its beautiful view of Lake Bunyonyi. FB
Day 13: The wonderful Lake Bunyonyi   
You will wake up, have your breakfast and then take an attractive drive to Kabale, you will see beautiful rolling hills with terraced landscape. This area is regarded to "Switzerland of Africa”. Just as its name sounds, you will enjoy it with a stopover in Kabale to discover the people’s culture at the Bakiga museum. On your arrival, have lunch and head for a boat trip on Africa’s second deepest lake. While on the boat ride, you will be able to view different bird species like the shoebills, turacos and then you will proceed to Mihingo Lodge / Arcadia cottages(C) or Agip Motel (B) in Mbarara. FB for dinner and overnight.
Day 14: Lake Mburo National Park   
 Morning game drive in search of the beautiful impalas, zebras, cape buffalos, elands, Oribi and topi. Along with the game drive, many visitors also enjoy a boat trip on Lake Mburo. The park is a very good opportunity for bird watchers, who will enjoy more than 250 species of birds found here.  Return to Kampala for dinner and overnight at Cassia Lodge/Sheraton (C) holiday inn (B). Day 15: The Ssese Islands of Lake Victoria
After breakfast drive to Entebbe to board the ferry boat which will take you to Ssese Islands, an archipelago of 84 islands on Lake Victoria. Meantime you can visit the wonders of the botanical garden in Entebbe. After lunch enjoy the navigation on the lake, which looks like an immense and peaceful sea. You reach the beautiful bay of Lutoboka, in Bugala Island, for dinner and overnight at Mirembe Resort Beach, with a magic location directly on the beach. FB
Day 16: The wild of Bukasa Island
After a relaxed breakfast, take a boat to Bukasa Island.  You will journey through the Ssese Islands and enjoy the beauty of the lake and forested islands. Explore Bukasa Island and have lunch at Victoria View Guest House. Return to Bugala by evening. Dinner and overnight at Mirembe Resort Beach. For an alternative: spend the night at Bukasa Island and return to Bugala in the morning. FB
Day 17: On the beach at Bugala Island
Spend the day relaxing in the uncontaminated and transparent water. You will be fascinated by the pleasant atmosphere. Optional activities: sport fishing, hire a bicycle to explore the island, over night at Mirembe Resort Beach. FB
Day 18:  Departure.
You will have an early breakfast and head for a forest walk at 0600 hours and then at 0800 return to the mainland. There after, you will be transfer back to the Airport to find your departure flight back home.
